e-MDs Patient Portal Notice
e-MDs Patient Portal Service:
e-MDs has updated the notice on their support portal stating that the messaging feature for your Patient Portal had been temporarily disabled. Until a resolution is available and applied to your clinic, you will not be able to send or receive a message from your provider. A similar message has been added to the messaging tab of your Portal to help inform patients of the issue as well.
In the meantime, this will not affect your access to Happe-MDs or your ability to use the main components of Solution Series. As more information is made available, we will post it here.
