| How much does it cost? |
| Pricing is on a per provider basis, however we do offer per seat pricing for those cases where the per provider pricing isn't appropriate. We invite you to call us to determine which pricing model is most appropriate for your situation. |

| What if I use the Happe-MDs service for a while but then later decide to host the system myself? |
| Not a problem, simply provide us 30 days notice of your intent to discontinue the service as well as a hard disk with sufficient storage, and we will copy your database to the disk and return it to you. |

| If I decide to close my practice, what happens to my data? |
| Just as in the case of self hosting, you simply need to provide us a storage device, with sufficient capacity, and we will provide you with a read only copy of the database. |

| Will accees to my data expire if I choose to close my practice and stop using your service? |
| Provided you have made arrangements for us to copy your data onto a storage device, access to your data will not expire. We will provide you a read only version of your data, which you can access even after letting the e-MDs annual maintenance expire. |

| Will I need to purchase new workstation hardware to use Happe-MDs? |
| In most cases no, as the technical needs for using Happe-MDs are very modest. If you currently have good performance browsing the internet with your existing hardware, then you shouldn't need to upgrade in order to use Happe-MDs. |

What about faxing?

| To handle your inbound and outbound faxing needs, we offer a fax gateway, sold separately, which is configured for your network and is shipped to your office for deployment. The fax gateway will use your existing fax line and will handle all the faxing needs related to your EMR. |

| Can I use a Mac with Happe-MDs? |
| Absolutely. Mac, PC and even Linux based computers can use Happe-MDs. |

| What about scanning? |
| Scanning is supported via a scanner attached to a Windows based workstation. |
