Welcome to the iPad Happe Client Installation site. The following steps will enable you to install and configure the necessary software on your iPad to access the Happe-MDs service. |

Please be sure to read all of these directions before you start installing the software. |

From your iPad, open Safari and click here, this will direct you to the Citrix Receiver Application in the Apple App Store. |

After you have successfully installed the Citrix Receiver Application, from your iPad, open the Citrix Receiver App.

You will be prompted to add an account, go ahead and press the Add Account button.

Next you will be prompted to enter an address. Enter the following: system1.happe-mds.com. (Press Next when done.)

Next you will be prompted for Username, Password and Domain. Enter your Happe user ID (i.e. NC00101) in the username field. Do not enter a password at this time. Lastly, enter tsinet in the Domain field. (Click Save, when done.)

Next you will be prompted for your password. Simply enter the password for your Happe user ID. (Click OK, when done.)

At this point you will now have the Happe Desktop save as an "App" within Citrix. Simply click on the Happe Desktop to launch in to the Happe environment. You should then see the icon for the e-MDs Dashboard.
