Welcome to the iPhone Happe Client Installation site. The following steps will enable you to install and configure the necessary software on your iPhone to access the Happe-MDs service. |

Please be sure to read all of these directions before you start installing the software. |

From your iPhone, open Safari and click here, which will direct you to the Citrix Receiver Application in the Apple App Store. |

Intall the Citrix Receiver App. |

After you have successfully installed the Citrix Receiver Application, open the Citrix receiver on your iPhone.

You will have the option to "Set up my existing account" or Get a demo account. Press the Set up my existing account button. |

Next you will need to set up the account. Use the following:
Description: Happe-MDs
Address: system1.happe-mds.com
Username: enter your Happe ID (i.e. nc00101)
Password: leave blank
Domain: tsinet
Access Gateway: off
Press the save button when finished.

Once you have saved the new account, you can now proceed to log in to the Happe-MDs service by pressing the Happe-MDs listing from within Citrix Receiver. |

When prompted for your password, enter the password used with your Happe ID. (You may see a popup box stating the administrator has disabled saving passwords on this server. This is normal and you simply need to press the Dismiss button.)

You can now access the Happe-MDs service from your iPhone directly through the Happe-MDs website via Safari. (Note: When prompted to launch.ica, Select the Open in Citrix button.)
